The Social assistance module provides an integrated IT environment to assist the process of granting various types of social assistance facilitating the management of the registered files, generating the amounts granted and paying these amounts to the social assistance beneficiaries. The Social assistance module allows tracking and tracking of assisted persons by retaining personal data, personality, certificate details, and data about any facilities provided to the person.
Application objectives
The Social assistance module has as main objective the management of social assistance applications and payments of aid.
The specific objectives of the Social assistance module are:
1 Follow-up of attendants;
2 Highlighting persons with disability benefits;
3 Registration of the social assistance application from the holder;
4 Monitoring user activity;
5 Creating situations for treasury, to take the money needed in a specific day, for more than one type of aid;
6 It is connected to other modules of the ATLAS integrated system but is also open to interoperability with applications developed by other vendors.
At the time of registration, checks are automatically made on:
Address, civil status;
Information from the Local taxes module regarding the existence of properties (buildings – surface, no. of rooms, etc.- , no.of cars, agricultural land, other goods and rental income, etc);
Maintaining a complete history of the changing of the amount of social aid with the related motivations;
Commuication release for the aid application (suspension, rejection, modification, establishment;);
Identification by data in the file;
Regularly indexed social aid amounts;
Integrating the database for various situations to report (children, retired, unemployed, disabled, employees, community workers, etc.);
The application is provided with a report generator with which the user can create their own reports. The report generator is a real help for getting information in the form of lists, depending on the user's options. The Report Generator is made available without additional license fees. This module (Report Generator) has integrated a Query Engine.
The main reports of the module are:
Relation to guaranteed minimum income;
Statistical report that can be run over time periods defined by the user;
Report on facilities for people with disabilities;
Report on facilities offered to disabled attendees;
Report with heating vmg users on heating type.
