Between May 6–7, 2025, Advanced Technology Systems organized two online training sessions dedicated to mentors involved in the Danube4SEecosystem project. These sessions aimed to present the structure, content, and usage of the platform, while also providing guidance on the implementation of the mentoring components.
The sessions brought together 22 participants selected based on their potential to become mentors within the project’s mentoring program. Activities included presentations and individual work, during which participants had the opportunity to access the D4SEE platform and test the available microlearning modules and their corresponding units, while tracking their progress directly on the platform.
These sessions were not solely focused on information transfer; they were designed to build a shared understanding of the project’s vision, to equip mentors with practical tools, to lay the foundation for strong and effective mentoring relationships, and most importantly, to strengthen the capacities of the selected mentors by providing them with the knowledge, tools, and strategies needed to effectively guide participants during the mentoring sessions scheduled for the fourth semester.
