Danube4SEecosystem Stakeholder Group in Romania

On June 26, 2024, ATS participated in the first event dedicated to the Stakeholder group of the Danube4SEecosystem, event organized by the South-Muntenia Regional Development Agency, through the Projects and International Relations Service, Development Directorate.

The event took place online, through the Zoom platform, and among the participants, representatives of interested actors from the regional level were present. During the event, the project coordinator - the South-Muntenia Regional Development Agency together presented the objectives of the Danube4Seecosystem project and the main activities carried out so far.

ATS, as a project partner, presented the data obtained following the interpretation of the results of the surveys applied to assess the needs and challenges of social enterprises in the Danube region, regarding: business sustainability, the needs for the development of the company's management skills, as well as collaboration with local public authorities, as part of Specific Objective 2 – Enhancing Resilience, Innovation Management Knowledge & Skills of SE Ecosystem in the Danube Region. In the session dedicated to conclusions and final discussions, participants from regional stakeholders expressed their openness and support for the Danube4Seecosystem project, while also showing their necessity to improve their capacities in the field of social economy through the project.
