Launch of the D4SEE Training Program - Social Economy Takes Shape in the Danube Region

On October 14, 2025, the South-Muntenia Regional Development Agency, leader of the Danube4SEecosystem project, in partnership with Advanced Technology Systems, organized the first training session dedicated to the development of the social economy in the Danube region. The event took place at the Multidisciplinary Scientific and Technological Research Institute, within Valahia University of Târgoviște. The session brought together representatives of social enterprises, regional development experts, and institutional stakeholders committed to promoting an inclusive and sustainable economy.

What’s new about the D4SEE Program?
Funded through the Danube Region Programme, D4SEE provides an innovative framework for training and mentoring social enterprises, focusing on the development of managerial, financial, and digital skills.

Participants had the opportunity to explore key topics such as:

• Social entrepreneurship and community impact
• Risk management in the social sector
• Digital marketing strategies
• Funding opportunities and collaboration with public authorities

Through the D4SEE digital platform, beneficiaries gain access to educational resources, expert mentoring, and transnational networking opportunities, facilitating the exchange of best practices and strengthening the social ecosystem across the region.
