HR-JOBS - INTEGRATED EMPLOYMENT MEASURES FOR THE RURAL AREA
This project responds to the Integrated Recommendations for Growth and Employment (2005-2008) - COM (2005) 141 of 12.04.2005 transposed into the National Reform Program 2007 - 2010 (PNR), convergent with the National Development Plan 2007-2013, Strategic Framework National Reference 2007-2013, the Convergence Program 2007-2010 and with the Strategic Guidelines of the National Rural Development Plan 2007-2013, as well as the Europe 2020 Strategy and the European Employment Strategy. At the same time, this project also contributes to the fulfillment of the program indicators established by the Sectoral Operational Program Human Resources Development and the Implementation Framework Document.
The main objective of the project proiectului aims to improve the quality and adaptability of human resources in the rural areas of the Bucharest - Ilfov Region, with a view to formal employment in non-agricultural activities.
