The Commercial operating permites application carries out electronically the main operations related to the management of the authorizations for carrying out the activity of trade, ambulant trade, public food, as well as carrying out the activity of providing services, provided in Law 300/2004.
The application follows the issuance of marketing authorizations in the markets for the economic agents, operating authorizations for the economic agents that carry out the activity of organization and administration of the agri-food markets and authorization for the economic agents that carry out their activity in the field of public food.
Main objective
The main objective of the Commercial operating permits application is the management of the commercial authorizations and the commercial permits as well as keeping the records of their stages - proposed, rejected, released, approved / not notified, suspended, canceled, expired, modified.
The specific objectives of the Commercial operating permits application are:
- Collecting relevant data from the file;
- Automatic generation of the authorization / approval proposal;
- Modification / real time update of the collected data and search / sorting according to various criteria of authorizations / notices processed with or without the history of their evolution.
