The Complaint management application allows the online management of citizen notifications, adding a notification on the map with a description and uploaded images, filtering the notifications on the map by selecting the type of notifications, the type of user who added the notification, the status of the notification, the date of the notification. The application allows changing the colors of the delimitations of the sector / area, activating a night mode function, positioning the menu (left, right, up, down) but also a list with own notifications and the answers to them.
Main objective
The application allows citizens to get involved in the development of their city, pointing out various problems in areas such as urban amenities, public roads, city cleanliness, green spaces or others.
The specific objectives of the Complaint management application are:
- Changing the map (ex: the sector map of the Bucharest);
- View information about notifications;
- Search for a notice by unique identifier and description;
- Add a notice to the map with description and upload images;
- Filter the notifications on the map by selecting the type of notifications, the type of user who added the notification, the status of the notification, the date of the notification;
- Customizing the application by changing the colors of the delimitations of the sector / area, activating a night mode function, positioning the menu (left, right, up, down) but also a list with its own notifications and the answers to them;
